This notice describes the Adweave marketing website at adweave.io. It explains the information involved when you browse, use a local demonstration, prepare a brief or contact us. It does not describe data processing inside advertiser apps or publisher integrations; those activities need their own agreed terms and notices.

What happens when you visit

Your browser sends technical request information to our hosting infrastructure to retrieve pages, images and other files. This can include an IP address, requested URL, browser information and request time. Hosting and security systems may process this information to deliver the website, prevent abuse and investigate errors. The website is hosted through OpenAI Sites on Cloudflare infrastructure.

We have not installed audience analytics, advertising pixels, session replay, fingerprinting or cross-site tracking in the website code. We do not use this marketing website to build advertising audiences.

Information you choose to provide

The brief builder works in your browser. It can prepare a message for your email app or download a text file to your device. It does not upload the brief or send an enquiry automatically. When you choose Send in your email app, your email address, message and attachments are processed to respond to your request and manage the business conversation. Please do not include sensitive personal information.

Local demonstrations and preferences

Campaigns, brands, product selections and app interactions are illustrative. Their sample state stays in memory for the current page. No real install, purchase or sales enquiry is generated.

If you save cookie preferences, a small record is stored in this browser for up to 180 days. You can review or remove it through Cookie settings. Fonts, images and videos are served with the website; videos play only when selected.

Why information is processed

Technical information supports website delivery and security. Information sent in an enquiry is used to respond, discuss requested services and keep necessary business records. We do not automatically subscribe people to marketing when they prepare a brief or enquire.

Service providers, retention and transfers

Hosting and email providers process information needed to deliver their services. Their infrastructure may operate in more than one country. Browser preference records expire after 180 days, or earlier if you remove them. Downloaded files remain under your control. Infrastructure logs and correspondence are subject to the relevant provider settings and operational or legal requirements; this website does not set a separate analytics retention period.

Your choices

You can browse without optional tracking, clear saved preferences, and choose whether to send a message. Depending on the law that applies, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or objection, and to contact the relevant data protection authority. Requests are assessed against the applicable requirements.
